1. A person reads it. Messages come to the office inbox and go to one of the two attorneys, not to an intake service.

2. We call or write back. Usually within one business day. If it is urgent — a closing date, a filing deadline, a court date — say so and we will move it up.

3. We tell you honestly whether we are the right firm. If your matter needs someone else, we will say so and point you somewhere useful rather than take the file.
